Vendio has been very slow the past few days, and again this morning.
I have broadband, but I feel as though I am on dial-up.
All my other sites are zinging along this morning except for Vendio.
What is the problem?
Also your new 'improvements' mean that I have to change each and every relisting.
Has anyone at Vendio ever heard of elegant programming?

Dear rubys100,
I'm sorry about the problems. We are not experiencing any technical difficulties at this time that would cause slowness - do you notice this throughout the site or only on specific pages?
Also, as far as revising your listings goes, please let us know what you're revising. There may be a workaround or a fix that was released this morning.

Hi Diana, the slowness seems to be when I click on the ebay logo to start my listing.
The category page takes way too long to come up.
I have not tried relisting since you said that you have put in a fix.

Vendio has been running VERY slowly for me (among other problems) pretty much all week now. I have DSL.

Diana, I'm afraid the fix you spoke about does not work when relisting.
I have to manually change the shipping options each and every time.
What a pain!

Hello Rubys100,
Please let us know exactly what you need to change with each relist.
Your existing items should relist even without editing them. The only difference is that they launch in the old format, but with the new Global preferences applying at checkout.

Hi Radu, I now have to manually uncheck shipping option, media mail etc whenever I relist an item.
I have my own TOS, and prior to the new changes I could whiz through a relist without having to change anything.

Hi Christopher, well I finally figured it our myself.
I had to change my global shipping preferences.
It has been quite frustrating.
Why don't you inform your customers that they might have to change their preferences when Vendio makes 'improvements'?
Or, best case scenario, program the improvements so we don't have to make those changes!
Sign me 'fed up'!
