I had a customer inform me that the checkout form states there is no shipping option avialable for his location, but insurance was quoted just fine. I have entered shipping costs for all locations using the new format so I don't understand why his location in the UK would not be recognised. He purchased out of my eBay store.

My listings were not launched in Vendio but rather on eBay. Could this be the problem?
