I am really trying to stick this out, but for me who Im sure is one of your larger sellers...this is taking up a huge amount of my time trying to fix this Awful MESS> And my time is $$$$$$
I do not see why I should be paying you for this, I really think you should not charge me one thin dime for atleast a week or two. I am spending so much time marking things paid, emailing customers who are pissed. Seriously I run 600 auctions a week. This is a nightmare
AND ONE I DEFINATELY SHOULD NOT BE PAYING FOR.
I am one of many who are very frustrated this week and not happy to not hear of any comps over this !

I HEAR YOU
We are down almost $6000 in sales from all these technical glitches that we have to intercept, understand comprehend and try to explain to vendio. I think they tell everyone, that no one else is having this problem, so it must be what we are doing"
This never happened with the other version
I thought the purpose of this service was to make life simpler.
Not MUCH MORE FRUSTRATINg AND MORE EXPENSIVE

I agree. I may not be as big a seller as you, but this is costing me money to. And now for some reason, my customers are being OVERCHARGED for shipping. Grhhhhhhhh. Now I have to waste my time refunding partial overpayment's of shipping charges.
When ebay has a problem, like their crash last week, at least they offered a 10 cent listing day as a way of saying sorry. Haven't seen Vendio offer any refund or rebate for all the problem's I'm having, not to mention the money I have lost. Last week I had a bunch of auctions end that when the buyer's checked out did not get charged the $1.00 shipping markup I have set in preferences. So I ended up paying for all packing supplies for all of those auctions. All I got was sorry for the inconvience. Well sorry does not help put the money back in my wallet if you catch my drift.
