We are currently troubleshooting a system fault that is causing some itermittent site access issues, problems uploading images and/or synching from SM Pro, and other various symptoms. We are working to correct the problem as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

I am not having INTERMITTENT site issues. I'm having CONSTANT site issues which are way more important than the ones your referring to. For example, my IRATE ebay buyers are not able to check out via our checkout button until more than an HOUR after the listing ends. That is unacceptable--When will the MAJOR bug/system problem be fixed??
