Four store items that sold today are in my closed panel with the word "closing" on them located in the key area. They have not moved into post sale. They have been there way to long...the first two are at least 3 hours old. My "buy it now" auction listings that were sold moved immediately into post sale.

Hello,

Our apologies for the inconvenience. As mentioned in the other thread you posted this information to, the issue has been reported to the engineering team and we will post back to these threads when more information becomes available.

Regards,
Christopher

I also have a sold item "vegetating" as closing.... in the closed menu. In the meantime, the item has been paid with PayPal over an hour ago. This is the second time today, I have had to wait for Vendio information. Please fix this problem. It has been almost a year since I last listed fixed priced items at auction, and the problem is still the same.

Different day same problem.
My first store item for today was purchased 45 minutes ago. And there it sits in closing. I know, I know, engineering is "looking" into it. After all, that's what we pay you the big bucks for.

HI Gottaluve,

I checked your account and it looks like it dropped already. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Sonya,
Yes it just finally moved into Post Sale.
The question is why yesterday was there a 8 - 10 hour delay in Ebay Stores items moving into post sale and now today also showing problems with a delay.
Will this continue? Is it being worked on?
A little more information would be more appreciated then the standard apology.

Hello,

We had some site issues yesterday which may have contributed to the delay. I apologize, I thought you had read the other posts. Normally the delay is not longer than 15 minutes (it's actually faster now with the new checkout).

Sonya

Sonya,
I did read the other posts. The last post on this subject is as follows:

"Hello,

We are sorry to hear that. We didnt realize they were stuck for that long prior to your posting about it here.

There does appear to be an issue with getting the buyerinfo from eBay on the store items right now and the engineering team is checking into the possible causes.

If you have others that fall into this same state, watch this or the other threads on the same issue for updates.

Regards,
Christopher"

Reading the other posts has no more information than what you are giving me know.
This item today in question ended at 8:24(much longer than a 15 minute delay). And another thing, there was no delay at all before this new and improved check-out was implemented.

PLEASE - Some answers or at least a follow-up on Christopher's last post. I can't stand when Vendio tries to deny there is a problem! Such a waste of time!

Hi Gottaluve,

I was not trying to deny that there was a problem on our side, I unfortunately did not know about this. I am trying to get an update for you now from the engineers that handle the issue. Sorry about that.

Regards,

Sonya

Sonya,
You never got back to me on this. It's happening again today. I am the third poster(just today) to say that store items hang way to long in closing before moving to post sale. The answer keeps getting skirted while the problem continues.

Hi Gottaluve,

Sorry for the delay, I've heard back from the team on how these are processed. The way that we do processing of closed store items is to process the 'item is closed' event from eBay. If for whatever reason the event is delayed then we have delayed the close.

The day you reported this we had some other slowness issues. Are you still having these problems now, or anytime between then and now?

Regards,

Sonya
