I have about 200 active store listings that are currently shown in Post Sale -> Unsold Items (May 10) that need to be brought to active status so when they DO sell I can do the normal post-sale activities. I have tried "importing listings" a couple of times since the 10th and they have not moved. My Vendio total of active listings is 5,460...my ebay total is 5,661. I believe this happened when an ebay "glitch" caused these items to move to "unsold" for about 24 hours before recycling the GTC. Can you move them for me? I have no idea how to do this in Vendio! THANKS!
There are also some active ones in unsold from 3/31 and 3/29

Hi Neglus,
Please try to go to Closed Listings (*not* unsold in Post Sale) and refresh your items. This should trigger them to move out of there and in to active. If they don't move after trying this a couple of times, please let us know.

I just tried that - in fact I refreshed about 5 times to no avail - they were still sitting there. I tried importing listing and got 100 more than I had earlier this am when I posted this. There are still many in my 5/10 list of closed items that should be ACTIVE! What now?

Well I think some of them moved but I have tried importing and I have tried refreshing and I can't get those GTC listings to move! What happens when they sell ? Is there a way to search my Vendio active listings to show if they show in both places? My ebay total of listings is 5771 and my Vendio total 5666. Is there a way you can "revive" them? They are listed as unsold on May 10th (if you click on the link to the ebay listing you can see that they are active listings) Thanks

Thanks SOnja - here is another one that appears as unsold yesterday but is a GTC rollover and active listing: ebay # 2268941408. The biggest problem with these not rolling over is that I can't use Post-sale when they eventually sell and I rely a lot on that information!

It looks like these are moved now - at least they don't appear in Post-sale anymore. THANKS! There are however several items from June 9th that are GTC that should have renewed - they did on ebay but not on Vendio. Can you renew them please?
