I believe I have everything in my profile set correctly to combine items, but a sale that just closed did not perform correct. Item ID's 7325693228, 7325692472 and 7325692061 were all purchased by the same person. All were set to UPS calculated. If you do a searate calculation, it comes out to $9.43, $9.17 and $9.17 for a total of $27.77.
I have it set to use the highest amount, then give a 40% discount on the remainder of the items. This would be $9.43, $5.50 and $5.50 for a total of $20.43.
Customer went all through checkout, and it gave her a total charge of $27.77??????? Incorrect shipping.
Help!! Am I not set correctly, or is there errors in the checkout calculation.
ALSO: What happens if I have an item that is UPS calculated, and one that is USPS calculated, and buyer uys both. What would combined shipping do in that situation???
The items in your post sale haven't been combined or paid for yet. Where is your customer paying you? Even before confirming the order, the shipping does not total 27.77 in Vendio.
Please note that the 40% discount only applies to fixed shipping. For calculated shipping, please check the "Calculated Shipping Options" section in the My Account, Global Preferences page. If you plan to ship items separately, you will likely choose to calculate combined shipping based on total weight of items.
As for UPS calculated and USPS calculated in the same order, they will processed separately.
