For the last 2 days, I have had several auctions that were paid with paypal, but the info was not transferred to Vendio. Why??

Same here. And on others that are posted, the shipping is not stated but shown as a credit. Wierd

Here is one in which the paypal payment was not recorded. I have many where the postage is now recorded. This is your order number assigned due to multiple purchases:
778828726 (would be ebay 7160274213, 7159484252, 6182609276)
Edited to add: Most of the items I am processing today, do not have the postage recorded. They are all being moved to Archive as I finish. One is: 7519206295. But almost all of them don't have it.

I never get Vendio to update when the payment involves multiple purchases.

Vintageads4u -- is it possible to restore the examples you gave me, or give me new ones that haven't been archived (or not archive new ones)? I can't pass on your examples because they're archived.
Neglus -- if you are having this issue please provide us some examples.

Sonya - can you just look at my post sales? All of the items that have been combined are examples of multiple items in one Paypal payment - if there is a step 3 completed, it is because I did it manually. I don't use Vendio checkout.
Oops - that's mostly true but today I am processing checks - those I have to do by hand anyway

I will restore various ones. This is not new. The shipping not being counted has been occuring for about 2 months, I think.

Beth -- I need to double check with you what you mean by payment not being recorded. I viewed your items and saw the red negative balance on your fulfillment checklists. Do you mean that its' not recording properly there, or is your issue also not having step 3 marked off?
