Having just started using Post Sale services at Vendio, can you tell me how long before a sale takes place at eBay,it appears on Vendio, ready to send a WBN.
EG-Lot 5159224497 which does not seem to appear in correct folder ?
I'm not sure if I understand your question. But, let me know if this helps:
If you have active multiple item fixed-price listings and/or Dutch listings on eBay, and you've recevied a notification from eBay that a sale has taken place but the item is not appearing in your closed list, please take the following steps:
1. Locate the item in Active listings in Sales Manager. Click the check-box next to the active listing, then click the grey "Refresh" button at the top of the page (under the "Jump to" menu.) Wait approximately 5 minutes, then go back to your Sales Manager control panel. The sold listing should now appear in your closed section.
2. If you cannot locate the active listing associated with the item, use the "Track" function in Sales Manager to track the item in. Once you do this, post-sale functionality should be available. You will find this option in the left navigation bar in Sales Manager.
Items do not normally disappear from Sales Manager. Please be sure that you do not delete any listing from Sales Manager while it is still active. Also, note that if you relist an item on eBay directly, it will not appear in Sales Manager automatically. You should always relist your items from Sales Manager in order to avoid potential problems.

We have imported lot 5159224497, but does this mean you are not tracking all of our Store lots at eBay.If this is the case, how will these sales appear in the Post Sale section at Vendio,so that we can bill our clients ?

Are you relisting your store items directly at Ebay? If so, you will need to import the store items that are relisted directly, then set the WBN directly at the Active listings page. If you do not track or import your items, after they are relisted directly at Ebay, Vendio doesn't have any of getting that end of auction information from your items. That is why it is always better to relist directly from Vendio. You will not have to worry about tracking or importing if you relist directly at Vendio.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or if these were GTC items.

Our lots are on automatic relist generally through Vendio, but where a lot doesn't sell twice on eBay,we transfer manually through eBay from normal sales to Store sales.
How do we do this on Vendio,so that your system then picks up the eventual sale of the item ?
The only alternative I imagine is us to check what Vendio is picking up and tracking any lots not picked up?Seems very time-consuming !If we did the tracking,I take it any lots tracked move to our Active folders first and then get picked up as sold and then will automatically move to our closed folder ?

Ok.We have now tracked all of the Store sales. They are appearing in the Closed sales now. When will your system pick up the fact that they were sold and allow us to perform the usual 1 to 9 box system ?
Examples below
St Vincent-1983 Christmas MiniSheet(21 FDC Covers) 5574959368 $8.00 N/A 1 06/15/05
You will not want to list manually through ebay to move items to your store. When the item has closed and you want to move it to your Ebay store, go to relist the item, next click the "edit" link on the right hand side and change the format to stores and list it into your Vendio. You will need to do this in order for the post sale function to work properly.
Thank you!
