When did appear to start for you? Were there any changes with your email client/program around that time frame?
The formatting for the WBN has been the same for some time now and from whats listed above, something in your email client seems to be just inserting your own email address over and over. Your buyer isnt seeing this way as their own email client will format it to show just your email address in the 'from' field.
This could simply be how your program displays email thats from your own address.
