I signed up for Inventory Edition, and I can't even get started with it. Is the Merchandising Edition any easier? I'm computer challenged and I need something easy.
Merchandising edition is definitely much easier to use. In fact the getting started guides, has a printable guide that will give you step by step instructions on how to list an item.
If you've just signed up, the first thing to do to get started is to check our Getting Started Lists, which are available in a printable PDF format. You will find this underneath the Knowledgebase on the Help page, which you can access by clicking the Help link on the upper righthand side of the page. Below is the URL for the Help page:

Bob, I have been signed up for a while. I absolutely love the Marquee! But I have tried several times to list something using Vendio and just cannot do it. So I'm still using my old template which I have on my website and copying and pasting it at eBay.
I have spent many hours trying to access the Get Started Lists but I think there is something wrong with my computer as I cannot access them. It causes me to lose my internet connection.
I would love to be able to put some merchandise in my Vendio Store!
What kind of system are you using? Also, what version and kind of browser are you using to get on the internet?
The problem you've reported is most likely due to the fact that you are using a browser that is not currently supported by our system. We would recommend upgrading your browser to the latest available version. You may also consider using an alternate browser to work around the problem.

Our site indicates that Mac users would need to upgrade to IE version 5.5, however, the latest version of IE for the Mac is 5.2.3. Upgrading to this version should help (although note, Internet Explorer is generally not considered the optimal browser to use with Mac systems, due to Microsoft's focus on the Windows platform and limited support for the Mac OS.) An upgrade is available for download here:
Note that the Mozilla browsers are free, and feedback from Mac users has been very good.
Finally, you should consider switching to Vendio Merchandising edition. You can do this simply by clicking "My Account > Merchandising edition" link. You will find merchandising edition is very similiar to the Ebay form, but only 2 pages instead of 5.
