Also on every 100 WBN i get back about 20 say this :

I GET THIS EMAIL 20 TIMES OUT OF 100 WBN , what is it ??? is my client get the same email ????

This indicates that the email address you are sending the WBN to is blocking emails from unknown sources. Are you able to email the customer directly, or do you get an auto-responder asking you to confirm your message?
