Hi: I believe Vendio has a blank template we can add our own art to? If so, I have no clue how to do that. Is there anywhere in Vendio an A to Z list of instructions for this? I've been wanting a template with a book theme for ages but so far nothing has shown up. I'm desperate. Thanks.

Hi Roadsmith,
We have a template that is blank, and fully customizable. It is called the Blank Slate template and I believe it is in Designer Colors.
You may want to check our Knowledge Base for further help with templates. You can locate the KB in the Help section. Basically, when you are looking at the template you should see a series of buttons to your right. Clicking on each one brings up a section that will have options for you -- you can just keep going and picking what you like until you make something you are satisfied with.
If you can't find what you are looking for in our Knowledge Base, please let us know where you get stuck.

Sonya: Thanks, but I'm going in circles!
1. WHERE is the Blank Slate? I don't see it anywhere in the templates section.
2. Accent Graphics: When in the custom templates section I click on "accent graphics," I'm told "none uploaded." Right! That's because I need to know How To Do That!
Verrrrrrrrry frustrating. I frustrate easily when directions aren't clear enough for my poor brain.

Sonya: Here's an update. I went to the accent graphics and there's everything EXCEPT books! I went through the whole list. Nada.
So I clicked on "upload image," but learned that the plan I have with Vendio doesn't allow me to do that with my own logo or image.
PLEASE tell whoever's in charge of all those little images that there could be ONE with regular books (not school books and apples) for all of us who sell books.
