I got the following error on 2 auctions. The auctions did launch, how do I get them in Active Listing?
The following message was returned from the scheduler while attempting to list your auction:
Internal Processing Failure. The data returned from the auction site for Vendio ID 01awch00000000000781144428XX was unexpected. The auction has been submitted to the site.
Please contact Vendio and provide specific details regarding the conditions which lead to this error.
If this error message does not provide enough information regarding the source of the auction error, you may preview the auction insertion. Otherwise you may edit the auction information or attempt to schedule the auction again.

Hi Badgeman,
I'm not sure what happened with this listing, but you should be able to track the item into your active listings page.
You should be able to import auctions in your account by using the Track feature in Sales Manager. From the Control Panel page, click the "Track" link in the left navigation bar and enter the site and listing ID, then click the "Track" button.
