Hi guys, on my ebay auction #6188303684 I put the wrong picture first. Is it possible to make a switch and have the second picture show as the first and also in the ebay gallery? I tried it in revising the auction but can't find a place to do it. Can you do it for me? Would greatly appreciate it if you could. I think when you see the pictures you will realize why I want to make the switch. Thanks, Steve

Hi Christopher, yes I want to switch the two top images. The one on the right which is the better picture should be first and should also be in the gallery. My gallery scrolling pictures shows the image on the left which is a bad picture as it shows a lot of damage. I'm having DSL problems right now as we are having bad storms and I'm on dialup. So if you can make the switch for me I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks, Steve
There are two ways to switch the images. One is to edit the item on eBay and go to the HTML for it, and exchange the image names within the HTML. The other way is to download those images to your desktop, exchange the names, delete the uploaded images, and then reupload the images. Unfortunately we can't do the first alternative for you as we are not able to log into your eBay account. It is possible for us to do the second one however if you are using those images in other auctions, it will change the images for those auctions as well since you'd be renaming the images and uploading the renamed images.
Regarding gallery, you will have to resubmit the URL of the new image to eBay. Here is the link to the correction form:

Hi Sonya, thank you for the info. I switched the gallery picture per your instructions and a new gallery picture showed up but in the scrolling gallery the old picture is still there. Does it take time for the change to go into effect?. Re the rest of it, it is too much trouble for this feeble old brain. I'll just let it ride for now. if the item doesn't sell I'll switch pics on the relist. The important thing was for the correct image to show in the gallery. Thanks again, Steve

Hi Sonya, haven't heard back from you as to why the correct picture is now in the regular gallery but not in the scrolling gallery. The old picture is still showing there. Please advise. Thanks, Steve

Hi Sonya, not that it matters now because the auction is over, but the image never did switch. Thought you would want to know. I'll fix it when and if I relist it. Thanks, Steve
