I have my account set up to receive PayPal payments into my Vendio program. It worked until yesterday. The only thing that I changed was that I added "redirect". It's also not picking up name/address info. I have been to eBay and Vendio, etc. trying to figure this out. On PayPal, it says they've stopped the after-sale info page. But have they also stopped sending end-of-auction emails and the payment/address info? Luann

This happened a couple of weeks ago and here it is again. What is the problem? Sure hope it gets fixed soon. This lack of service is making a lot more work for each paid auction.

I to seem to have some problems. I had some auctions end last night. All were created and launched the same day from the online sales manager. The people that checkout through vendio (like I request in the listing) no problem. Some people that check out by clicking on the ebay pay now button, I get their shipping address but not what shipping method. I have to unckeck checkout completed and sellect the shipping service. And then I also had one person pay for two auctions won last night, looks to have clicked on the pay now button in ebay and I got the Paypal notice of payment, shows paid on ebay but nada on vendio. No payment, no shipping info, nothing. Get's very frustrating at times. Some day's everything's smooth as silk and the next it's bonkers.

Well, I WOULD tell you, but I can't access ANYTHING in Sales Manager. I just get error messages. I have auctions scheduled. Yes, only 2, but still. What's going on? And when will it be fixed?>???? Luann

Well, my Sales Manager is finally back, so here are the two auctions that I was referring to. I have since combined them. The third that closed the same day did have payment indication, but if there was a email that went automatically, I didn't get a copy. so I sent one. If I don't get a copy, can I assume the email has not gone?
Thanks. Luann

I never get payment info from Vendio on combined payments. NEVER..EVER..NOT ONCE
-------------------------------------
All single item payments should be recorded without error but we are unable to properly record paypal transactions that are sent for orders at this time unfortunately.

I seem to have the same hit or miss problems as the others but now have another question along this line. Last week all my PayPal notifications also included the shipping method the customer paid for - so this saved an incredible amount of time as I could fill orders directly from the paypal notification. This week, only one of the payments had the shipping method. I did add the checkout redirect - would this have effected it? If so, I'm going to uncheck it and let my customers go back to whatever it was they were doing because it saves me time in the paperwork department.

I have the same problem. One difference between the items that "worked" in marking payment and those that didn't, is that the defective ones are those in which the buyer did NOT go through the Vendio checkout (i.e., flag #2 is clear when #3 is erroneously clear).
See items 5982183908, 5981757643, 6186600900. I don't recall this ever happening before I selected redirect.
The ones with checkout were fine without manual intervention (e.g., 3981094398, 6778097900).
This has added an extra step (when it worked) and a few extra steps when it didn't.
While I'm on that topic, why not leave the search field up in Post Sales even when off the summary? That way, after I manually indicate that an item was paid for, then send the payment notification, I can be ready to check the next PayPal item, without having to go back to the summary screen.
