Please see ORDER 782196720. Why is the shipping incorrect?
If you go to this inventory item the shipping shows first class $3. But on the order it is showing amounts from $1.50 to $2. Same thing with ORDER 783437321 and ORDER 782459983. Sonja went in and changed all of my shipping to the new rates. This is adding up to my losing money! I need this fixed immediately!
I have also posted that my Canadian buyers can't process their eBay orders because it says there is no shipping option, when there is (ORDER 783405459).
And, my feedback is not posting after receiving feedback.
What is up?

Edited to let you know that this wrong shipping is happening on EVERY item purchased in my store. So I am losing $2 to $3 on every shipment. Will you reimburse? Somehow I doubt it! Perhaps a credit since I am eating my postage??? Sorry if this seems like a rant but it pains me to open an order and see the postage completely different that what is shown in inventory. I am escalating the shipping issue to engineering as it looks like the shipping change I did for you did not affect the live store items. The store items that were live at the time I applied your shipping to all inventory and pending are all showing your old rates. It can be fixed by removing the item from the store and then putting it back in, but let me see if I can get this done in bulk for you.
The other two issues about Canadian buyers and auto feedback, I have addressed in other threads.

That would be about 7000 items Sonya so I hope you can bulk it. Otherwise, I am not sure how I take something out of the store and put it back in. What do I just change total to zero save and then change total to 1 and save?
Let's see 7000 * 1.5 mins = 10,500 mins/ 60 mins= 175 hours. That is about 30 work days. Ouch. I hope the escalating engineers can help me.

Sonya: Just another note on this. When you did the other bulk change, you changed the International that all additional items would be $6.95 each instead of ZERO.
I had changed (one-by-one) the first thousand or so myself before you "bulked". Now I notice that even those I changed myself say that each additional item under INTERNATIONAL shipping is an additional $6.95. It should be ZERO.
Yes, you can make the quantity in store from 1 to 0, and then change it back to 1. We are going to be able to bulk fix this for you but before I do this I need to check on the issue you just brought up, about the international additional shipping changing. When I get confirmation on that I'll take care of the other items for you. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Thank you. I noticed the store items purchased yesterday and today still have the shipping messed up. Appreciate any help as I'm losing money with ever sale right now.
And, I have no idea anymore which ones would have to be physically changed and which ones wouldn't. Not that I really want to change 8000 items.
Your store items should all now have the shipping reflecting the default shipping for live items, as well as "0" for 'cost when combined'. We are sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused you. Please let me know if there are any more problems with this.
