Hi all, have a problem with my ebay auction #6191433876. Must of been having a brain drain that day because I launched it without pictures. Was able to go in and out the photos on at the bottom of the auction using instructions that I had received from you in th past. But can't get the gallery picture to load. Instructions I have from you give the following URL bur ebay says that it doesn't work. Since I have ahd these instructions for a long time perhaps they are outdated. If so, please give a new URL and if not then what am I doing wrong. URL as follows: Thanks, Steve

Cyber - I don't know if you tried to add a gallery through "revise your item" on ebay, but in case you haven't here is how you do it:
Go into "revise your item" and scroll down to the place where it says "Revise Your Item: Pictures & Item Details". About 3/4 down the page is the place to paste your url and then check the box "add gallery". Save your changes and when you see the preview of your listing you should see your gallery image - save again

Hi neglus, thanks for the input. That is exactly the way that I did it. But I got an email from ebay saying that the URL was wrong. I checked and rechecked and it was typed in correctly. But it doesn't show up in the gallery and the dreaded red curtain is there in its place. I think the URL might be an old one and not working any longer. Steve
I reimported that item's image into your Vendio Gallery so within a couple of hours it should change.
The URL is working perfectly. If eBay is rejecting the addition to the gallery, please contact them again and let us know what happens as there is nothing wrong with this URL and we haven't changed anything that would cause them to reject gallery additions.

Hi Sonya, merci beaucoup. One slight problem though. The picture in the gallery is sconceshades4.jpg. The correct picture should be shadesconces1.jpg. If it is possible please change it. If it is a hassle don't bother. it is not that big a deal. If there is any interest in the sconces they will see all the pics. Thanks again, Steve

Hi Sonya, yes I did, but haven't heard anything back from them as yet.The 4th picture instead of the first is still there. They are not the fastest site to reply. Paypal is even worse. Thanks, Steve
