I am trying to upload images..I pull down the menu and go to either manage or upload images and it brings me to the intro screen for potential new users and I can not access my images or upload..I have tried everything!! I am loosing time to list my auctions tonight..please advise asap!! DOES ANYONE READ THESE POSTS? Where are my images?? Pull down the menu and see if YOU can go to upload or manage images!

I am having trouble attaching images while listing - the list of images is blank for a LONG time - if I manage to select one it the thumbnail doesnt show for a LONG time - also took a peek at my active listings and images are SLOW to appear..what's up??

Antiquetek -- you need to sign up for an Image Hosting subscription in order to upload images. You can sign up through the Image Hosting page or you can go to My Account > My Service plans to pick a plan.
Neglus -- the Create Listing page will load up the Unfiled Folder first and you have about 471 images there, so it could potentially take a while for all to load up. Try moving some images from the Unfiled folder to other folders -- this will likely cut down on the load time for you. Additionally, you might want to check on your internet connection if you're having a hard time loading up your images in auctions.

Sonya..I am on the annual plan that is supposed to include my image hosting.I have emailed to customer support several times to get someone to help me with this and have not had any response.Can some one please tell me something??

I Know I have too many images in "unfiled" Sonya but the system was behaving differently (as in SLOW) for a period last night. I finally finished listing all of those unfiled images so will move them before uploading more (I had some items I wasn't very enthused about listing - I like to keep the images in "unfiled" until listed and its much easier to move them all at once)...but that wasn't the reason that images were slow to appear in preview and slow to appear in active listings - all ok now but have been a temporary situation.

neglus -- since we haven't heard of any similar problems, I suggested moving images around as I know that's been an issue for other customers in the past. We are sorry to hear about the troubles you experienced when listing last night. If you run into any more slowness problems, let us know so we can investigate further.
