I've had two Vendio accounts for a couple of years and have now abandoned/given up/unregistered the second one (SuzyQ37). Every time I log into Vendio, the log-in box includes the second one I no longer use. Is there a simple way to remove that from the box??

Sonya, I've done everything you've suggested here - twice! - and that second (SuzyQ37) user name still shows up. Is there no way you can remove it for me from your end? If not, I suppose I'm stuck with it forever.
Unfortunately, there is absolutely nothing we can do from our end to get the suzyq out of the login screen. Please try all these options and hopefully it will resolve the issue.
1. Clear the cache in your browser. To do this in Internet Explorer, go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Temporary Internet Files (Delete Files.) In Netscape, go to Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Cache (Clear Memory Cache, Clear Disk Cache.)
2. Make sure that your browser is set to accept all cookies. Our login function is cookie-based.
If you are using Internet Explorer 6.0: First check your Privacy level under Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy. If your Privacy level is set above medium, your browser may reject cookies. If you are using a Custom level, please click Advanced, and select Accept Cookies.
If you are using Internet Explorer 5.0: Cookie settings are located under Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Custom Level.
If you are using Internet Explorer 4.0: Cookie settings are located under View -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Security.
If you are using Netscape 4.0: Cookie settings are located under Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced.
If you are using Netscape 6.0: Cookie settings are located under Edit -> Preferences -> Privacy and Security -> Cookies.
3. Check the settings of any security or firewall software that may be installed on your computer. This type of software may cause your browser to reject cookies and thus prevent you from keeping the name in your browser
4. If the above recommendations do not work, you might have a corrupt cookie stored in your cookie file. Please delete all Vendio (and/or AuctionWatch) cookies from your cookie file in order to correct this. If you are using Internet Explorer, cookies are stored by default in folder C:\Windows\Cookies. If you are using Netscape, the default location is C:\Program Files\Netscape\Users\default\cookies.
5. If you are using Internet Explorer, check the privacy settings and make sure that you are not blocking cookies from Vendio. To check this, go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy -> Edit. Make sure Vendio is not set to "Always Block" on the list of managed websites, if you have any.
If you continue to have trouble, please let us know.
