I have changed my Ebay password. Do I have to update any information at Vendio? If so, please advise how. Thanks

Hi there,

Yes, you do have to update the information within Vendio. To update the auction site ID information, go to My Account -> Auction Site Accounts. Click the 'edit' link under the Action column next to the corresponding venue. Enter the email address associated with your eBay ID, and go through the eBay sign-in process. Once you've completed this, your eBay ID information will be updated on our site.
