I seem to be having a problem with the auction titles being saved on my listings. When I "view" them before posting, schedule a listing, or save it to inventory the title defaults to "MS". Am I doing something wrong? If I do a direct post there is not a problem.
Wow, that is VERY strange. Can you reproduce this every time? If so, can you tell me the EXACT steps it takes to reproduce this issue? Is it only certain ads? I've never heard of anyone else having this problem. Please let me know exactly how I can reproduce this error in your account.

This problem occurs when I use the CREATE LISTING template and type in the
title within the "title box". Next, I click on the "full preview" box ...
view the listing and close the box, check the "save item to inventory"
button, and it saves the listing with the correct title in the PENDING
FOLDER. However, when I open the saved "pending" listing it brings up the
title MS ... rather than what it was saved as.
I cannot replicate this in your account. I created two items titled 'test' in pending, and one in inventory. Neither of them defaulted to "Ms" - however I see an item in your inventory with this title.
The only thing I can think of is that the HTML in your description is causing this strange side-effect. Please try testing this by creating some items without the HTML. Let us know if you continue to get the same effect.

Hi, Dianna.
Yes, I'm still getting the same results even without HTML. These are the steps that I followed after your reply:
(1) go to "Pending Listing" and click on your "test" link to open the saved document (2)the window opens and the saved title of "test" automatically changes to "MS"
Again, same error regardless of the fact that there is no HTML coding.
I honestly do not have a clue as to why that would be happening. I logged into your account again and looked at one of the test items, and the title remained the same even after I resaved it. Can you tell us what browser and version you're using? At this point I can only think it's somehow browser related. Please try using a different browser and see if you get the same effect.

I finally figured it out!!!! Chock this one up for future reference ... I use an "auto generator" for passwords and somehow the Vendio software didn't recognize that I had it turned off. It would automatically generate the "Ms" and autofill it into the blank title catagory for some reason. By completely turning off the password software I don't seem to be having a problem.
