Here is the order number: ORDER 789851141

Although each inventory item had the international shipping as "0" for the second item, the customer was charged intl shipping twice.

Why?

Hi there,

I'm not sure about this one - I do see you have 'cost when combined' set at $0 for both items in that order. I will have to check with engineering to see what happened here. Sorry about that - and thank you for your patience.
