I received this email today. Since we're always ready to complain when things go wrong, I thought it was only fair to show you the below. But before I do, what about SMP integration into shipping? Please? And now to the email:

I have never had the screens that your item had for payment….it was very easy and actually the best so far. I just paid thru PayPal. I again apologize for the lapse of time in paying…..Thanks again, though.

Thanks for your post. Sorry for the delay. However, I do not understand what is going on from your customers email. However, we should have the new pro done by September. At least that is our target date at this point. What item was this referring too? Please let us know.

Hello Bob,
All that the customer was trying to say was that this was his first Vendio checkout, and he thought the checkout was the best he had encountered on eBay. I haven't ever gone through it myself, but apparently it is much improved over the past. I used to get a lot of complaints, and haven't gotten one in a while, but did get this praise (which I thought your developers would be proud of).
