How do I apply for a refund on a NPB where item was eBay store item, multiple items listed, still active?

I need the Vendio ID ref, of which there is none, since the store item is still active. This listing is GTC. Am I supposed to remember which items I didn't get paid on and file for refund when item ends in the next year or so?

There should be a vendio charge for the final value fee. That is the refund you would apply for as they do not refund listing fees.

VD will want the eBay invoice line item where you are credited also. I usually have three browser windows open when requesting refunds for copying and pasting purposes.

Do you have the url for requesting refund? If not, I can post it.
