I cancelled my account over a month ago,and have not used your site since.now you are charging my account again,WHY?and what else do I have to do to stop this account being active,when its inactive,your early response would be appreciated,thank you

How did you cancel it? You were still subscribed to Pay As You Go -- I have inactivated it for now.
