I am seller on eBay. I just started a second ebay user-id so that I can sell another type of item also. I just signed up for a second account with Vendio. Vendio is now saying that my first account will become inactive because I have two accounts with ebay????
You cannot store two eBay IDs in one Vendio account, but you can have two Vendio accounts each with its own eBay ID. You may email us (if you don't feel comfortable posting this information here) your Vendio IDs and what eBay ID you want associated with each account so we can assist you with getting this set up right. Thanks for the response. I DID open a second Vendio account to go with the second ebay account. When I went to start listing(through Vendio) on the second account, I got a Vendio message warning of possible deactivation of my first account.
I emailed through your help link as you suggested, but still no response from them.
