Hi, I have a problem with my picture size making my template too large to view--I was wondering if I change the picture layout setting on my template to all on the left instead of all across the top, if it would take effect on the active listings I have up. Thank you, John.
Unfortunately, changing the image layout in your template will not affect active listings. To correct active listings you'd need to revise the listings and HTML in the description area (we do not advise this unless you are very HTML savvy. )
You could also use the "click to enlarge" function, which can be turned on under My Account -> Global Preferences -> Item Listing Options. This will scale down your images to a standard size that will fit your templates better. Enabling this feature will only affect future listings as well.
