I thought this was suppose to be done automatically now without the winner having to fill it in.
I tried to fill one out for a customer and it didn't work. I put in their email and it pull a form to fill out? Is this the way it should be.

Yes I have the redirect set. Does it make a difference which they use? If so I need to change my notice to reflect that.

I also have checkout redirect set and have never seen the customer information pre-filled when I check the link.
I have gone through all my account settings and do not see anything else to make it work as I understand it was intended.
Perhaps we can get this clarified after the customer service seminars are over this week.

Hello,
In order to protect privacy, buyer information is pre-filled in 2 cases:
- if the buyer is logged-in at eBay, goes through checkout redirect and specifically agrees to have the shipping address pre-filled in Vendio checkout;
- for repeat buyers who have asked to have the address pre-filled automatically when they check out again using the same computer (it is the "Remember me" checkbox in the checkout flow).
There is no way for the seller to have the buyer address automatically pre-filled.
