I have 3 auctions with problems, they are active on eBay yet they do not appear in my active list in Vendio and they are in the pending auctions list with an ERROR. I have indicated which ones they are by title, you can find them in the pending list with the error. All the other auctions launched on the same day did fine.

OK, I've imported the listings and now they are in my Vendio Active list.
Still wondering why this happened?

Hello,
The 'verification of launch not received' error message occurs when we do not receive the proper notice through the eBay API that your items have launched. The error message appears so you know to check eBay to see if the item did launch, so you don't have any duplicate listings.
Since you checked and found them active and did the import already, you can delete those items out of pending.
