Ok, this is the first time THIS has happened!!! I've had items that I launch that somehow disappear from Vendio, but this is the first time I've had an item sell, and appear in my Vendio post-management console but no show that it had a buyer!!! This is a VERY serious occurrence. Two problems could come out of this: 1) I didn't even realize I had sold the item and 2) I almost relisted it but I had no others in stock. Item number is 8332517677 which ended on 9/8/05. Please look into this problem. If stuff like this started happening, I really would have to seek another company. This sort of thing will lose me money, get me negatives and stir up a whole lot of problems!
The item does reflect a bid, but your correct in that no PSM keys appear beside it.
We placed a checkmark beside this item and clicked the refresh button built into the closed section and this does appear to have imported the bidder info and enabled the PSM keys.
You should be able to process this through the post sale process now without error.
