I have quite a few sales for which the PayPal payment information did not transfer to Vendio. I have all the PayPal payment notices but none of the #3's are marked in Vendio. What's up with that?

Could you please provide a couple examples to look in to?
I did look at your account and at the Post Sales Acceleration Settings. Those settings give the option for Step 2 to be checked of automatically, but not step 3.
Also, if you want to get as many buyers as possible through your Vendio Checkout, you should enable eBay Checkout Redirect on the Post Sale Management page. I would also include the checkout button on your ad and the Preferred Payment Panel as well. These settings are located on the My Account>Post Sale Management page.
