eeek! I haven't kept up with the changes and it's been a while since I've run any auctions. My closed auction bidders are complaining that they can't complete checkout as it's showing "No shipping carrier available. I can't even edit it!
Here's the problem. Item: Masonry Defined E. R. Johnston 1930 Masonic Mason (7712530322)
Sometimes when I have a book I will use the generic blank box which I had pre-filled for "shipping" so that I could choose Priority Mail or Media Mail or however I wanted to send it, depending on where it was going and/or how much it sold for. It's never been a problem before but all the sudden NOW it's showing "No shipping carrier available" and no way to edit.
The auction above just so happens to be going to Canada so the shipping charge is a moot point because they had already contacted me and asked for a quote.
HOWEVER NOW NEITHER ONE OF US CAN COMPLETE THE CHECKOUT!!!!

Hi Glassgrl,
you may edit the WBN (closed section, click on the PSM keys for the item, then click on the edit WBN icon under Fulfillment Checklist), and add an international carrier, since your buyer is from Canada. You will perhaps add the shipping amount exactly as quoted, then hit save. You may send another WBN to your customer and (s)he will be able to checkout.
