What is this launch error message about please?
There was nothing different about shipping locations for this auction than for all my others.
"Error 17521: All locations are dropped.
All locations provided for shipping service "50003" are not allowable for this site."

I have also been attempting to reset this auction for tonight, but keep getting the same error message when I go to Preview. As I said, I have done nothing different in my shipping options than usual for a calculated item, but it won't go through.
The item is in the pending list with no launch time as "Huge Madagascar Rose Quartz Crystal Ball / Sphere".
Please take a look and advise.
Thanks,
Susan

This message was waiting for me as the processing error message for the item titled "Huge Madagascar Rose Quartz Crystal Ball / Sphere" that was scheduled to launch last night. The error message disappeared when I went clicked on the item title in the pending folder. BUT if you click on the item now, and then go to "eBay Preview", you will see it. I do not know what the problem is and why it will not launch.
Thanks,
Susan

Hi-
I am still waiting for help on this and now I have another auction with the same error message: " Error 17521: All locations are dropped.
All locations provided for shipping service "50003" are not allowable for this site." It is " Huge Polished Quartz Channeling Crystal Rainbows 14+ Lb". I have not attempted a relaunch so that you can see it.
Thanks.

Hello Susan,
Thank you for the examples. I have logged a bug, as I do not see anything wrong with these listings that would produce this error. Please save them in pending if you can. As soon as I hear back from engineering, I will give you an update.

Hello Susan,
The 17521 error appears because you are using ebay Checkout and you have selected to offer
interantional shipping, but in the "Ship-to Location" section you selected "Will ship to the United States and the following" and didn't check any other region from the list. So, if you check at least one region from the list, the error should disappear upon launch.
Let me know if you have any problems getting your item launched after trying the above.

Thanks, Sonya.
Now that we have the international calculator settings on track, I switched to worldwide settings and
have been slowly changing the specifics on relists and store items.
Now I will know to check for this discrepancy.
Thanks again,
Susan
