My gallery image didn't come up in the search listings...so I waited a number of days, then tried to re-list to add the gallery image in case I had not done so originally (I thought I had)...then I received an email from ebay that stated my gallery image was in the wrong format...blah, blah, blah....however, my image IS in the correct format, JPEG, so I cannot figure out what it is I am suppose to do? This makes no sense.

Two items now, I just tried another relist and the gallery pic isn't working,,,same email sent from ebay about the pic not being in correct format..both are jpeg

If the most recent listings you received emails from eBay on, these are displaying their gallery images properly already.
The two examples seem to show proper gallery images attached on the originals, but both have had their gallery images revised via eBay since they went active so it is hard to troubleshoot those specific items.
If you have any recent examples where this happened on that we can use to test with please let us know.

I have the same problem with several listings each time I launch, week after week after week.....Vendio says it's not them......Ebay just says give us the item number and we'll give you a credit.....forget the credit.....I just want it to work without me having to back to each of the live listings and manually deleting the gallery image link and copying and pasting the first picture link to the gallery image slot......so stupid.....same exact image address yet it won't come up at Ebay......super waste of time.....what to do?
