Could someone from Customer Service look at my Global Preferences and see if I did the discounts correctly? I'm a bit confused because there are two places to fill in.
Basically I want to charge $1.25 S&H for the first item, and NO S&H for additional single items bought. So the buyer never pays more than $1.25. (Collections and Lots excluded, as stated in my text box)
However, since it's stated that the most expensive S&H is charged first, does that mean that if someone buys a Lot which normally has $5.00 S&H and then buys several single postcards, they'll get charged $5.00? Or is there a way to exclude Lots from the discount process?
Thanks,
Tom
BTW, what I REALLY want to do is offer free shipping (none at all) if somebody buys $20 worth of individual postcards (again, excluding collections and lots). But I don't see a way to do that. Or is there?

Shipping discounts, unfortunately, are not set up in intervals based on how much is bought. You can set it up to offer free shipping on additional items by putting 100% in the percentage area for shipping discount. I have checked your preferences and made sure that your cost when combined reflects that (you had the percentage set up, but your cost when combined was set to not give the discount).
The way you have it set up now, is that additional items will get free shipping regardless if it is $1.25 or $5.00. Unfortunately the discounts aren't set up to exclude certain items so you might want to put a clause in your auto WBN somewhere saying that if you purhase more than $20 of postcards, please email back for a customized invoice and do not fill out the checkout.
