Someone purchased a costume on eBay which is designated at 1st class shipping. When she checks out on Vendio she adds a box of cookies to her order. It totals the amount correctly but when submitting the order she gets an error that says for her to email me to see if I'll ship to her country.
I recreated the error and took off the cookies and it was fine. What it's doing is adding the weight of the cookies which puts it over the 13 ounce 1st class weight and then it can't figure the shipping because the auction is designated 1st class.
I'd really like people to add items from my Vendio store, that's the whole reason I signed up in the first place. Can you help?

You have another post saying that everything is okay, did that pertain to this post or was it a new issue? If it didn't pertain to this post, please let us know.
