I have been trying to upload images this afternoon--and it is very slow. I've tried for half and hour and only 3 images have been successful. Any problems on your end? Any suggestions?

We haven't had any problems this afternoon that would have caused image upload problems. Did you try uploading one image by itself? That will help to determine if it is a problem with your connection. Some other things you can try are:
- Close all unnecessary open applications, and disable any resident programs on your computer (including virus-checkers and pop-up blockers) as these use system resources and may interfere with image uploading.
- Try using an alternate browser such as Internet Explorer and/or Netscape.
- If you are using a proxy server to enter the internet, check the proxy settings in your browser to make sure they are valid.

I have had trouble since yesterday getting my images to show up in my auctions. On my image pages in Vendio there are hardly any thumbnails coming up and there is HTML missing when I go to attach the images to my auctions. I think Vendio may be having technical difficulties. But I emailed them and have not recieved any answer as of yet. Is anyone else having trouble getting images to come up on Ebay or HTML missing when their downloading info for an auction? We are not currently having any technical difficulties that would cause the problem you've described. Please try clearing your browser cache and restarting your computer.
If you continue to have trouble, please let us know what part of the HTML is missing.

I have tried restarting my computer it doesn't help. The HTML that is missing is the part that brings the image up in my auctions the only thing I get is a one line instead of two and then the part about clicking the image to enlarge it. And that is the only thing that comes up in my auction is the line to click on to enlarge the image. There is a line in the center missing of the Html of every image that is missing. I am doing it the same way I have done it for years.
Not sure about how to clean my browser.
