I have an item that just keeps saying "closing..." in the post-sale. It sold this afternoon, but several hours later, it still says "closing..." I've clicked on it and refreshed a couple of times, and it still says the same. Can you tell me how to correct this? I'm sure my customer cannot check-out until it's corrected.
If you go to the all Closed Listings view, select that item and hit the Refresh button, it should update the item. You might have to do this a couple times.
