Ok, Vendio, item #6009431946 was bought using the BIN, but has yet to appear in my post-sale panel. It was bought about two hours ago as I write this. I just happened to see it when I looked at my seller list. Otherwise, I would have no idea it was sold. THIS HAS GOT TO BE ADDRESSED!!! I've had various problems with items not transferring over to my post-sale. This is a very SERIOUS problem. If I don't know it sold, how am I supposed to follow up on it?? I am now going to have to try and find that item in my active file and refresh so my customer has some email from me. Please do something about this. Granted, it is not an everyday problem, but each time it happens, it has very serious overtones. Perhaps you can integrate some sort of overall refresh button where the seller can automatically refresh each and every active auction with a single click. Not that refreshing always works, but it's a start.

Hello,

I checked your account and the item is in post sale already and the WBN has gone out. It is possible that the database optimization being performed affected the time it takes for some closed items to move down into post sale. Also, the API call time and launch latency for last night was higher than normal, which can result in a little slowness.

Regards,

Sonya

Hi, Vendio: Check out item #6009963858. Customer used the BIN. Is appearing in my post-sale with no boxes on the right side. This has happened a few times before and I'm just plain SICK of it!! Please figure out why this is happening and correct it!!!

Hello toyspast,

I found the item 6009963858 in your postsale with no postsale keys, as you said. I refreshed the item twice, and the boxes appeared.
I know this is frustrating, but Vendio is doing everything it can to detect these items as quickly as possible, and the BIN ones are the more challenging to detect because of internal notification process with eBay.
I believe we will implement a search in the listings pages sometime in the fairly near future which would be a good start. Meantime, know that you can also refresh closed listings.

Best,
Abe

This happens way to often and quite honestly when you tell us that it is because of 'database optimization being performed' is insulting. Occasionally maybe that is the problem, but I believe that is the can response now being given when somebody complains that sold items are not being moved to post sale.

Last night, I had a customer buy 5 items between auctions and my Ebay Store. One failed to move to post sale. I use check-out redirect so the customer went through my Vendio check-out, combined the items and went on to Paypal to send Payment. Of course since the 5th item was not in post sale when it should have been, was not added into the invoice and not paid for.

This is more than frustration, this is costing us money. I refuse to tell this customer they still owe more money because your check-out was incomplete. Unlike Vendio, I treat my customers with respect, and since the mistake came from me(Vendio), I(not Vendio) will eat the costs.

I believe we will implement a search in the listings pages sometime in the fairly near future which would be a good start.

What does that mean????

I have been with Vendio for years. But lately, I am really having a hard time justifying the costs of using your services. My last Vendio invoice was for $61.00. Vendio is one of the most expensive auction management sites available. For those costs I deserve as do the rest of Vendio users to have your services work properly.

The occasional glitch or problem, most of us can understand. Items not being moved to Post sale is a serious, serious on-going problem, that you just don't or won't address properly. At this point the cost of Vendio both to my wallet and to my professional reputation cannot be tolerated for much longer.
