If I want to import closed auctions from eBay, how far back (in weeks/months) can I import?
Also, is there any value in exporting Excel files or csv files into either Sales Manager Pro or Vendio online? Can I use Reports to process these kind of files I might export from my hard drive?
Sorry if these are dumb questions, but I'm still on the learning curve.
When you import from eBay, you get 30 days of all your active and closed listings. This is how many days of info that eBay stores.
If you have inventory items that are stored in excel or .csv format, you can import them in to SM Pro, and very soon we should have an importer that works for the Sales Manager Inventory Edition online. If you import to pro, most likely you will need to do some editing before you are able to upload to Vendio, but depending on the kinds of info and items you have, it may be worth it.
Not sure how you want to "use Reports to process these kind of files", but the Reports are not able to be imported into.
