I already have more than a thousand images ready to go, uploaded to my own web server. Can I just call them from my server, (perhaps in the HTML description) instead of uploading to Vendio Image Hosting?

Hi, Christopher:
So it sounds like if I want to use eBay Gallery and have an image at the top (title bar) I still have to upload all the images into folders in Vendio online, just as if I were going to use Image Hosting for everything?
Or am I not understanding it?
I read somewhere you can only upload 50 images at a time, so that's going to be a drag with over a thousand to upload.

Hello Tom,
That is correct, while you can use your own HTML/URL for images, in order to get the images into the eBay gallery (or for use in the title bar location) you would need to host at least one (main) image for each listing.
If that is you were going to use those specific fields.
While one specific uploading utility we have only does 50 at a time, you can use another tool of ours to upload everything in bulk (and even optionally resize them in the process if you wish.)
To download Vendio XPress Image Publisher, please use this URL:

Thanks, Christopher:
Actually, I was just experimenting with Sales Manager Pro, and wouldn't it be just as easy (since I have to create the listing anyway) to select the Ebay Gallery/Title Bar image from my hard drive and upload it with the batch?
Or will an image uploaded that way not show up on the Ebay Gallery/Title Bar?
(I'm not talking about images embedded in the HTML, which I realize could be called from my server.)
Thanks again for all the help...I'm still on the learning curve.
Tom
