This week I have had a number of buyers complaining that they cannot get through checkout.
I don't know if they are NEW to Vendio redirect OR if there have been problems.
they are all saying that "it" won't let them go past "Continue".
I am not sure what that means.
Just thought I would ask...
I need to determine if it is a glitch or simply a matter of educating my customers.
Do they give you more information than that, and what are some examples we can look at? There have been some issues this week relating to PayPal but I'm not certain that this is the cause of the problem for your users.
