Maybe you can help. I create and launch my eBay auctions using Vendio. Recently we changed our ISP and email address. I made the change here, at eBay and PayPal. However, some of my PP payments have gone to the old address. Buyer says she clicked on the PayNow button and that's where it was sent. eBay help says to change it on their page 4 which is the payments info part of the listing. I've done that as far as I can tell. Seeing that I create the auctions with you, I wonder if you can shed any light on this intermittent problem. Thanks.

Hello,

You have done all the right things, however if it was different when you went to page 4 of Sell Your Item, you need to make sure you actually submit a test listing with the email address listed in step 4 changed to the correct email. That will ensure it is correct on future listings.

In Vendio, as long as you make the change in My Account > Global Preferences, you should be okay. If you listed it anywhere else such as in custom listing text, etc, make sure you change it out to the correct address.

Let us know if you continue to have trouble with this old email address.

Regards,

Sonya
