For some reason, it is not showing "active" in Vendio, but, is sitting in Closed Listings. I've refreshed the item in completed, I've tried to "import" it, I've tried to "track" it. How can I get this active listing out of Closed and back into Active?

You have to go to "closed" (not post-sale), check the item that hasn't moved, refresh...and here's the tricky part...do it AGAIN! It takes two "refreshes" to move them for some reason! All of them moved back to active except for this one. I suppose that my next move would have to be to end the listing on eBay and then relist. Have a Merry Christmas! Judi
