i have a problem with download postage data for dazzle, does anybody else a problem, i am getting a message that there is a fatal error

the problem is still there, this tech support sucks, so many problems latley and nothing gets taken care of, well you are just about loosing me as a customer and i heard from many others too, we are in a search of another company. you better get in shape.

Well, a week later and still the same problrem, is anybody in vendio making sure customerrs are happy?

Hello,

This should be pushed live at the start of next week. The fix has been ready to go, but we are holding off on pushing a few fixes and new tools for after the first when the volume isn't as heavy.

We will post back when this is live.
