Hi, I have changed my useer name on eBay..how do I change it with Vendio? I thought I did, but I have to still sign in with my old name of magneticattractions. Thank you.
We can change your account name for you. Before we do this, please be aware that it is not necessary for your Vendio account name to be the same as your eBay ID. Your Vendio account will function properly as long as your eBay ID stored in the account is valid and current.
Because this service is not automated, there is a charge of $25 to help offset our engineering costs. This fee will be billed under the new account name.
Once the process of changing the account name is underway, it may take up to 24 hours to complete. During this time, you will not be able to log on under either account name. We will normally begin the name change process at approximately 2:00 AM Pacific.
If you agree to these terms and would like to go ahead with this, please email us the following:
1. 5 account names, listed in order of preference, so that we can check availability for you. ***Note that the first two characters of your account name must be alphabetical. Also, account names cannot contain any "special" characters, such as asterisks, underscores, ampersands, spaces, etc. - they must be alpha-numeric only.***
2. 5 dates, excluding any Fridays or Saturdays, listed in order of preference (we will provide 24 hours notice before we change the name for you.)

I always thought the name was the same as the ebay name. I never realized there was a charge to change your name..seems like you should make that part of out profile..the ability to change it. Guess I'll keep it as is then, and hope I continue to remember it. Thank you.
