We have had a lot of launch errors in the past couple of months. More than normal, we are used to one every couple of months or so but 6 in the past few weeks is anoying. About half of these are listing with eBay but not picked up by vendio. I do not think this is working well with vendio's FVF's. And we know better than to import listings to correct, because of all the duplicate pictures that are picked up and placed in our storage. Is this a direct result of all the changes going on with eBay right now?

two more launch errors. one listed with eBay and one did not. Used to have a problem with eBay store counts being off, now it is Vendio's count that is off. When Vendio's count is off, we have no post sale management for the items vendio did not pick up. Is there a work around for importing these items, so we do not have to deal with all the duplicate pics, by importing everything from eBay.
You know the drill, when notifying us of an error that you would like more information about - it will help to know the title's or item numbers of any effected listings so we can check into it for you further.
Were more than happy to check into this for you, we just need a few details to go off of.

I had the same problem with an auction that was supposed to launch on Sunday night and I see it wasn't launched because of an error regarding shipping, but I see no error in the way I chose the fixed shipping with insurance.

lifetimetreasures - which of the items in your pending section was showing this error?
I checked to see this error but didnt see which of your listings was running into this issue.
If you had indicated that you would use fixed shipping options for the eBay shipping and payment details - be sure you select fixed insurance as well or the item will error out.

Verification of launch was not received from eBay.
Please check my eBay to see if the item was launched.
If it has launched, please delete the listing from pending and use the import tool to add the item to your active auction list in control panel.
If it has not launched, please select the item in pending and resubmit it.
