I will ask the question.
First when, when, when, will the best offer be in the sales manager pro and sales manager on line???
Second since i spent all day friday re-aligning my e-bay store with new categories and names then moving all of the stuff to where it now should be, when will this work here or is that already done.
The warning on Friday gave us the message that everything may not be lined up. I need to list stuff and i am tired of doing it two times.
Please give us the bottom line times on this please.
Best Offer support is in the works and should be released by the end of March, depending on how testing goes. We had planned to release this earlier but had to build support for eBay's "Value Packs" and the expanded Store categories. Support for the expanded Store categories was released this morning.

the issue of sales manager pro is more than a store listing thing.
If you have a store the listing asks for the store category because it sorts them that way, CO MINGLING the items in the list of items. there are search engines in the stores to look for things or you can look in the different categories available RIGHT THERE in the ad.
so till you get the sales manager pro fixed it is useless to list with AGAIN.
If you don't want to have this tool why not retire it.
I am sorry to sound bitter but the track record on getting things done have been measured in months here, not hours or days

I don't know about anyone else, but it seems rather strange that supposedly one of the best auction management programs on the internet cannot get the "best offer" function available to its users....all of the other management programs I have used have had the "best offer" functioning well for quite some time now.
Personally, I don't get it at all. Sometimes I wonder why I am over here cuz I have to go over to eBay and get everything done anyway!!!!!!!!!!!
