I need some advice from Vendio or other sellers. I utilize the Vendio check-out which about 65% to 75% of buyers do use. I'm a pretty busy seller so when I get my Paypal payments, I use the address that comes with the payment. I don't always have time to check and see if the buyer went through Vendio and what info they left there. My problem is this: sometimes they leave the shipping address where they want it sent to at Vendio, but then another address with their Paypal payment. So inevitably, I send to the wrong address. Even though, I state in my auction guidelines that they MUST include the correct shipping address with the payment and I also have a notation that goes out in my automatic email to make sure to let me know if there are any differences, this keeps happening. I want to know if anyone has any suggestions other than discontinuing the Vendio check-out about how to fix this. This is one of the reasons I want to have the opening letter to my buyers when they enter the check-out, so they see these instructions just before they begin the check-out, but Vendio took that away. Many buyers don't even get the email that comes separately - it tends to go into a junk folder. I thought that when they link over to paypal, the info they just entered was suppose to transfer over too. Anyway, suggestions would be appreciated.
